Welcome to Breakaway
Every Sunday during the school year, middle school students get together with their local campus for Breakaway. From the moment you walk in, you have a place to belong, a place to have fun, and a place to explore your faith. We spend time hanging out together playing games and enjoying community before heading into small groups where you can grow and make great friends! We also have a time together in large group where we learn about Jesus in a powerful and relevant way. If you have questions please reach out to your campus’ Student Ministry Director. Also, if you are a parent of a student with differing abilities, please reach out to your Student Ministry Director. Can’t wait to see you!
WHAT IS GOING ON
Gospel Reframed: This series focuses on showing students the misconceptions many people have around the basics of the gospel, and the true meaning behind why Jesus came to earth. We will tackle what the gospel is, why it’s important, and what it means for us while we’re on earth and after we die.
Parent Cue: Click here for more information on how to talk to your student throughout this series.
Sunday Morning Breakaway: Breakaway is a place where students in grades 6-8 can discover how relevant God is in their lives with action-packed messages and fun activities. After our scripture based message, we dive into small groups – a time to help students grow spiritually and connect relationally. Each small group is organized by grades and gender and is led by a volunteer adult that is passionate about helping students connect with Jesus.
