Something awesome happens when Kensington men get together
Iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17) and we become better men, husbands and dads. Everyone benefits when a man becomes a Godly man. This doesn’t happen with good intentions. It happens when men choose to commit. We have a lot of opportunities for men to engage. Not only do we have a weekly mid-sized group that meets at the church, but we have smaller groups that meet in various locations throughout the week. We also have groups for men who love to work on cars, or to hunt and fish, or to serve others while working on home projects.
DIG got its name as guys connected with other guys to dig into God’s Word together. Connect weekly for 30 minutes of biblical teaching followed by small-group discussion. This in-depth Bible study is perfect for any guy, whether you are new to the Bible or have read it for years.
*Currently most DIG groups are meeting virtually. Contact the leader at your campus for more information.

Kensington Men Midsized Study
Kensington men is a mid-size gathering of men that meet together for large-group teaching followed by small-group discussion. We dig into topics specifically picked for men. We enjoy hanging together, encouraging each other, learning about what God has for us as men, and how we can build a legacy through the spheres we influence in our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, the nations and the next generations.

“Full Throttle” is a group of Kensington gearheads who love all things automotive. Guys of all ages and experience levels share a passion for God, cars, and auto activities! They’ve restored hot rods, sports cars and other cool vehicles for good causes, and are currently customizing a ’56 Olds to raffle off for charity. Best of all, they do free fix-ups on donated cars to provide reliable wheels for single moms.
FT meets every Monday at 7pm at their fully equipped garage in Troy… plus the first and third Saturdays of each month from 8:30am-noon. Check ’em out at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is Alpha? Many of the people who attend Kensington are people who are at the beginning of their spiritual journey. Maybe we’re asking questions like Who is God?, Who is Jesus?, What value does the Bible have in my life?, How do I pray? These are the big questions that are at the heart of what it means to have a relationship with God.
You don’t have to come for the whole series—just check it out for the first session and see what you think. No pressure. Learn more here
Faith Works is a group of men, women and young adults (high school & college) that assist people in need. They volunteer with repairs and maintenance of homes, plus teach skills to under-resourced people so they can help themselves in the future. In the process, the older men teach younger men how a man of God conducts himself with integrity. Faith Works does volunteer work for widows, single parents, elderly, low-income families and non-profit organizations. LEARN MORE about Faith Works.
Field and Stream
The Field and Stream Team (FAST) is open to anyone who is passionate about hunting or fishing in God’s great outdoors. If this sounds like you then why not check out a meeting? We meet at 6:30 pm on the third Tuesday of each month at the Troy campus. During the year, FAST offers serving projects, special events and lots of chances to enjoy the great outdoors – all designed to help us grow in our sport and in our relationship with Jesus. For meeting and event details go to fieldandstreamteam.org or contact Chuck at email@example.com or 248-496-2593.
