Come be a part of the movement of Jesus through Kensington Church as a member of the Troy Campus staff, leading live video. Partner with the campus production staff and campus Worship Arts Director to provide vision and strategy for the continued development and execution of live video at Campus. You will be responsible for executing weekend and midweek services and special events with a team of volunteers that you will recruit, train, and schedule. You must be an experienced live video director and have working knowledge of video systems and other entertainment technologies.

Experience: At least 5 years experience in professional live video production. Experience leading people and resources to accomplish the production needs.
Requirements: Affirmation of the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of KCC.
Must have experience directing live video for IMAG and broadcast. Must have experience with video systems including projectors, screens, switcher, scalers, routers, converters, cameras, HD-SDI, and ProPresenter, basic non-linear editing software, video over IP, aspect ratios, frame rates, video codecs, and more. Must have experience leading teams of people to accomplish common goals.
Ensure full live video support for all Troy campus weekend and midweek services and special events. Act as primary Video Director for the team. Always be seeking opportunities to train new volunteers in all video positions.
Participate in planning meetings for weekends, midweeks, and special events. Schedule (and confirm) all video positions. Create shot charts for services and events. Prepare all graphics and playback cues. Maintain all video equipment (cameras, viewfinders, tripods, cables, projectors, screens, etc.)
Work with campus production team on all aspects of service/event preparation, including stage turns and setup, as well as routine system maintenance and upgrades.
Actively recruit, train and develop volunteers in the areas of computer graphics, camera operator, iris, technical directing, and directing. Invest in building a strong team culture and carry the vision and values of the arts and production at KCC.
Work with Central Production Directors to maintain campus video systems and equipment as part of the greater KCC production department.
Participate in a monthly KCC all staff meetings. Participate in all necessary campus meetings. Participate in the arts and production team meetings/initiatives. Participate as a member of the greater KCC Production Team. Attend meetings, retreats, trainings as required. Availability for working central KCC events when required.
