POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Gather and communicate details to implement services, run rehearsals and services, lead teams through the service process, and partner with the Worship Arts Director in executing the services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Education – Bachelors degree preferred.
  2. Experience – Experience in interacting with audio, lighting, and video disciplines. Experience leading people and resources to accomplish the technical needs.
  3. Requirements – Memberships at KCC. Affirmation of the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of KCC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Attend weekly production meeting in person when available or via video conference

-Attend campus meeting when available

-Gather all the details for and create the production copy for services in PCO

-Create ProPresenter/CG support

-Communicate service details to team leaders and team members

-Assist with auditorium prep for services and meet with Service Director

-Participate in leading pre-service rehearsals

-Lead the team by giving cues during the service

-Work with the Worship Arts Director to make sure all details for the service are covered

-Provide support for campus midweek services

-Recruit, train and lead production team members (volunteer stage managers, assistant stage managers, CG operators)

-Be a temperature setter in the room, and lead the team towards flexibility, grace, and Jesus
