The Kensington Fund is where it’s needed most. This is where your tithes and offerings go—supporting Christ’s church here and around the world. It’s the fund that allows us to reach people with the message of Jesus through our weekend services, arts & music, events, kids & student ministries, and global & local outreach.
A robust Kensington Fund helps us energize and animate everything we do. Please give to this fund first, then consider donations to other Kensington ministries as “over and above” giving.

Giving is made easier through our new ‘Kensington Church’ app. Download the app to give in less than 10 seconds.
Easiest of all! Giving online is the fastest and most preferred way to give at Kensington. In fact, more than 70% of our congregation gives this way. Set up a one-time gift or recurring gift.
You can drop a check in the offering or mail a check to ‘Kensington Church, Attn: Finance, 1825 E Square Lake Road, Troy, MI 48085’. All giving will be designated to the Kensington Fund unless you tell us otherwise.
Old school still works. The offering pouch is passed around during services for you to drop your cash into (or coins, we’ll take those too). Be sure to include your name and contact info for tax purposes.
You can give through your retirement plans, trusts, wills, estates, and life insurance. Ever thought of tithing 10% of your life insurance to leave a legacy for God’s Kingdom? Contact us for more information.
This “double tax advantage” for giving allows you to avoid capital gains tax by transferring appreciated securities instead of selling or liquidating before you give. And you get a charitable deduction for the full value of the stock for tax purposes. Contact us for more information.
You can donate your used vehicle, real estate, motorcycle, jewelry, or old tech (even a lottery ticket!). Contact us to give your assets.
Have a $9.34 balance remaining on a gift card? Or did you receive a gift card to a store or restaurant that you’ll never go to? We accept all gift cards, and you get the amount as a tax deduction on your taxes. Contact us to give a gift card.
