Many of the people who attend Kensington are people who are at the beginning of their spiritual journey. Maybe we’re still asking questions – like who God is… who Jesus is… what value does the Bible have, how can I pray? These are the big questions that are at the heart of what it means to have a relationship with God.
We have a program that is designed exactly for people like you – it’s called Alpha. It’s a 9-week introduction to the Christian faith over a great meal with friends and happens at several of our campuses. Interested? Click here to learn more.
Whether you’re band new to the Bible or have been reading it for decades, Bible Basics is a course that will help you understand the overall flow of the Bible. Over the course of several weeks, we will learn how the Bible came from the original writers to the English versions we have today. We’ll look at the big picture story of the Bible and how all the individual books add to the whole. We’ll even learn a little about the history of the Jewish nation. But most of all, we’ll grow in our awe of the amazing author of this amazing book!
Jesus founded His church on a rock. So did we.
Your first impression is our first priority. Jesus Christ has given us an amazing story to tell – and we consider every Kensington service, from the smiling faces at the front door to the final chord of the closing song, a chance to share that story with you!
From spoken word performances to fully produced short films and arena-ready live music, Kensington Church has always brought the message of God to life through the arts. Each of Kensington’s hour-long weekend services feature live music, an artistic expression of the day’s message, and down to earth teaching from your campus pastor. More ways to get involved
Weekend services and special events are often the first point of entry for guests, and a great place for every[one] to make connections. Together at events like these we experience moments that inspire and motivate us to grow in our relationship with God.
The next step beyond the weekend services is to jump in to a group. It’s in groups that we build relationships that matter, take steps towards transformation in our lives and learn how to live out the new life we have in Jesus.
God has a mission for every[one] — and we’re meant to pursue it together. That’s what teams are all about, discovering purpose and significance through serving.
